Medical

As a leading healthcare provider, we understand the value of quality medical care. As a committed partner in our team’s health, Caris pays the vast majority of that cost and, based upon extensive employer benchmarking, contributions are considerably more employee-friendly than most employer plans.

Dental

Both of Caris’ dental plan options encourage preventive care and make provisions for most of the dental services employees and their covered family members may need.

Vision

The Caris vision plan provides employees and their families access to quality vision care within an expanded network of national providers, helping to cover the cost of glasses and contact lenses, as well as periodic visual exams.

Short-term and Long-term Disability​

Caris provides full-time employees with short-term and long-term disability income benefits, at no cost to employees.

Employee Assistance Program​

Through Caris’ EAP, employees and their family members have no-cost access to additional work/life resource benefits to make their day-to-day easier and to help them succeed in all aspects of life.

Basic Life/A&D and Optional Life/A&D​

Caris provides full-time employees with group life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no cost to the employee. Employees will receive two times their annual salary up to a $500,000 maximum in coverage and can also elect supplemental individual, spouse and child coverage.

Flexible Spending Accounts​

Flexible spending accounts provide employees with an important tax advantage that can help pay healthcare and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.

Paid Time Off​

Caris’ paid time off program is designed to meet the flexible needs of our employees with an accommodating approach to cover vacation, illness, disability, appointments, emergencies, or other needs that require time away from work.

401(k)​

Caris’ 401(k) plan provides employees the tools and flexibility they need to prepare for retirement. The company matches 100% of the first 3% that an employee contributes, and 50% on the next 2% they contribute, up to the IRS maximum. All Caris 401(k) contributions are 100% vested.

Legal Assistance

Employees have access to valuable and discounted legal resources covering most common legal needs.

Pet Insurance​

Caris knows that pets are valued members of the family. A group discount on pet insurance is available for employees covering everything from preventive care to accidents or illness.

Tuition Assistance​

Tuition assistance is available for accredited courses of an established degree plan (associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree) or a certification program related to an employee’s potential career path at Caris.
